With modern CNC machines and laser cutters, as well as a very extensive range of our own tools, we can offer metal stampings ranging in diameter from a tiny 50 mm (for material thicknesses from 1.5 mm) to a magnificent 2,500 mm (for material thicknesses up to 8 mm).
Whether it's cover plates, housings, caps, hemispheres, rings, pots, reflectors, funnels, cylinders, or base sleeves for the production of concrete pipes, whether made of aluminum, stainless steels such as 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571, and many more, copper, brass, all deep-drawing steels, or even special steels such as titanium on a contract basis: SCHNABEL can do it.
